WHAT DO I DO, IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  • We will send you an immediate replacement, once we are able to assess and confirm the damage

DELIVERY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY ITEMS?

  • Your package will be sent to the exact shipping address, you provided at checkout
  • Please wait and check again after 2-3 days, to see if your package arrives. Also, check your mailbox, front porch, driveway, reception, front office, family members, neighbours – in case they may have received your package on your behalf
  • If your package is still undelivered, please contact your local post office, as they may have made a wrong delivery or status update with your package
